We're An All-Volunteer Organization 

HCCT operates on an all-volunteer basis under the direction of an eight-member Board of Governors. 

Theresa Bishop is our part-time bookkeeper who assists us at the theatre three days each week, on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.

While we try to be available on site as much as possible, we do not maintain a daily schedule of office hours.  We do check messages on a daily basis, both telephone messages and email messages, and make every effort to return calls and emails as soon as possible.

The box office opens approximately two weeks prior to the opening of each production and is staffed Monday through Friday from noon to 4 p.m. through the final performance. Requests for tickets may be left on the answering machine and calls will be returned as soon as possible.
